New potential hires at Meraki will meet in person with our co-owners during the interview process. Hiring Process
Upon hire, new staff members will be guided through a new hire agreement, where we’ll discuss compensation and scheduling details. For licensed clinicians Meraki will also initiate the credentialing process with insurance providers. This ensures you have everything in place to start your journey with us smoothly!
Onboarding as a New Team Member
Upon hire, clinicians will have the opportunity to meet the staff and get set up in our online portal system. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to establish your presence. We’re excited to help you get everything in place for a successful start!
Fair Compensation
We operate on a tiered payment system for clinicians that rewards your experience and dedication over time.
